Ja też czekam na "Detox", bo "Chronic 2001" strasznie mi się podoba. Często wracam do kawałków takich jak: "Still DRE", "Forgot About Dre", "Fuck You", "What's The Difference?" czy "Bang Bang". Czasem powracam także do kawałków N.W.A. takich jak "Chin Check" czy "Straight Outta Compton". Może Dre nie jest mistrzem jeśli chodzi o rapowanie, ale jeśli chodzi o produkcję, to nie wielu mu dorównuje.

Dr Dre zapowiedział, że jednak zrobi długo obiecywaną płytę pt. "Detox". Podobno ma już zgromadzonych 50 podkładów, spośród których przeprowadzi selekcję. Prace nad płytą mają zacząć się w lipcu.

Przypomnijmy, że Dre zapowiadał, że płyta będzie bardzo dopracowana muzycznie i zrobi dużo zamieszania w świecie rapu. Podobno zaprosił na nią znanych muzyków.

Album był już zapowiadany od dawna, jednak Dre mówił później, że nigdy nie wyda Detox'u. Miejmy nadzieję, że tym razem dotrzyma słowa.

Potwierdzenie moich slow Wnioskujac z wczesniejszych doniesien i ostatnich slow Eminema na "Encore", "Detox" ukaze sie w polowie nastepnego roku. CO do featuringow konrad dobrze mowisz Game, Snoop i Eminem (w takiej formie jak na "Forgot about Dre") na Detoxie musza byc Jestem pewny ze muzycznie to bedzie geniusz.

to jak eminem poplynął na rubbit run, forgot about dre czy renegate jay-z to po prostu mnie rozwala. Jego flow + technika+ texty tworzą taka calość ze nie ogarniam.
Co to obie tracie, to tym nie jest specjalnie zajebisty, ale jego plyty slucha sie calkiem przyjemnie. szkoda, ze tylko ,ze tak duzo gosci
50cent jest dobry, ale ja sie nim nie jaram. Pewnie jakby go nie bylo na kazdej reklamie jamby obok crazy frog czy cos, to bym mogl go zdzierzyć
Samo g-unit tez mi nie podchodzi, choć bity mieli fcipe.
D12 - osobno są slaby, ale razem tworzą spojną grupę i sie uzupelniają. no, ale D12 bez shady'iego nie nie istnialo.
Szoka, bo chodzą ploty, ze marshal konczy z rapingiem, choc nie chce mi sie w to wierzyć.

Czy to jest możliwe, że nie ma tematu o tej płycie ?

Nie było tematu, sam miałem zakładać nawet kiedyś ale 'coś tam'.

Tak samo jak miałem zakładać temat na tema HITTMANA - co się z tym typem dzieje? Wie ktoś?

Właśnie - jak uważacie - płyta zasługuje na miano klasyka?

Zaraz jak tylko album pojawił się w Polsce poleciałem po kaseciaka do sklepu. Chyba najbardziej przekatowana kaseta jaką mam w kolekcji...

Refreny z każdego kawałka znam na pamięć.

Z całości bym wywalił tylko "Ed-Ucation" i "Pause 4 Porno" - zawsze mnie wkurwiały. No i jeszcze może ten ostatni kawałek z Blige i Rellem.

Single jakie wybrali do promowania tej płyty to chyba jedne z najlepszych wyborów w historii tej muzyki. "Still DRE" to już był szczyt, potem wbili jeszcze bardziej w ziemię "Forgot about Dre" ze zwrotą Ema, która do dzisiaj niszczy jak słucham. Przecież to jak ten typ tam płynie i co robi z refrenem to rozpierdol. Jego najlepsze lata wtedy. No i na koniec totalny headnodder "The Next Episode", polecam samochodem się wolno toczyć z tym kawałkiem w głośnikach.

Całość można podsumować jednym słowem: XXPLOSIVE!

Bardzo długa recenzja, niestety nie mam czasu teraz jej spokojnie przeczytać.
Pamiętam, gdy pierwszy raz puściłem HHID pierwszy kawałek mnie pogniótł.
Do dziś "Money Over Bullshit" jest moim najlepszym utworem
Dalej słuchłem ciągle tytułowego "Hip Hop Is Dead", które mi się trochę znudziło, co nie znaczy, że jest jakis gorszy, wręcz przeciwnie, bardzo dobry track.
"Black Republican (featuring Jay-Z)" kolejny utwór, którego nie mogłem przestac słuchać.

Dalej spokojny, bardzo przyjemny dla ucha "Can't Forget About You featuring Chrisette Michele" podobnie "Not Going Back featuring Kelis"
Hustlers featuring Game & Marsha of Floetry (Prod. Dr. Dre) też dobra pozycja

Nas mnie nie zawiódł I wiem, że każda jego kolejna produkcja będzie dobra. Bo "Untitled" - kozak, ale o tym to już nie w tym temacie.

Ja właśnie wolę "2001".
Ten album jest dla mnie jednym z lepszych krążków wszech czasów. Każdy utwór rozpierdala (zwłaszcza pod względem bitów). Takich kawalin jak "Still D.R.E", "What's the difference" czy "Forgot About Dre" chyba nikomu nie trzeba przedstawiać. Zakupię za niedługo oryginał na bank.

Sporo się u mnie pozmieniało:

1. Nas feat.Quan - Just A Moment (producer: L.E.S.)
Miazga, nie ma dla mnie lepszego bitu.

2. Nas - Get Down (Nas, Salaam Remi)
Cudowny podkład.

3. Mobb Deep - Put 'Em In Their Place (Havoc, Ky Miller, Sha Money XL)
Kozak! Uwielbiam takie mocne bity.

4. Busta Rhymes - Truck Volume (Dr. Dre)
Świetna robota Doctora.

5. The Game - Put You On The Game (Timbaland)
Na początku kompletnie mi to nie podchodziło, ale po wielu kolejnych przesłuchaniach naprawdę mi się spodobało. Zdecydowanie najlepszy bit na "The Documentary".

6. Warren G ft.Nate Dogg - Regulaters (?)
Zakochałem się w tym bicie jak i w samym kawałku. G-Funk!

7. Mobb Deep - Shook Ones Part II (Havoc)
Na całym "The Infamous" Havoc wykonał świetną robotę, ale tutaj przeszedł samego siebie.

8. Dr. Dre ft.Eminem - Forgot About Dre (Dr. Dre, Mel-Man)
Świetny szybki podkład, ależ Em się do niego doskonale wpasował.

9. Ice Cube - Steal The Show (Scott Storch)
Prawdziwy rozpierdalacz.

Znalazłem łapcie taką paczuszkę z bitami, mam nadzieję, że Wam się spodoba. Dr. Dre, właśc. André Romell Young (ur. 18 lutego 1965 w Compton, Los Angeles w Kalifornii, USA[1]) – amerykański producent muzyki rap. Jest przyrodnim bratem Warrena G.

Swoją karierę zaczął występując jako DJ w klubach Los Angeles, później stał się członkiem grupy World Class Wreckin' Cru (dwie płyty: World Class i Rapped in Romance). W 1986 spotkał się z Eazym-E i razem stworzyli grupę N.W.A. (należeli do niej min. Ice Cube, MC Ren, DJ Yella, The D.O.C. oraz Arabian Prince). W tym okresie Dre, odpowiedzialny za produkcję nagrań dla N.W.A, zostaje nazwany przez dziennikarzy "architektem gangsta rapu". Po odejściu z N.W.A w 1991 Dre nagrywa singiel "Deep Cover" dla wytwórni Epic a następnie zakłada wraz z Suge Knightem wytwórnię Death Row, która wydaje w 1992 roku jego solowy debiut "The Chronic". Album promowały single: "Nuthin' but a 'G' Thang", "Let Me Ride" i "Dre Day", na którym to zdissował swojego dawnego przyjaciela Eazy'ego. Po sukcesie "The Chronic" pomógł Snoopowi Doggy Dogg nagrać debiut "Doggystyle", który okazał się jeszcze większym hitem niż "The Chronic". Eminem (właściwie Marshall Bruce Mathers III, znany także jako Slim Shady, ur. 17 października 1972 roku w St. Joseph, Kansas City) - jeden z bardziej znanych raperów, producent muzyczny, popularyzator muzyki hip-hop.

Jako nastolatek przeprowadził się wraz z matką do Detroit, gdzie zainteresował się rapem, który był dla niego ucieczką od rzeczywistości. Lubił rapować, prowadzić „wojny na słowa” z kolegami, np. z Proofem (do śmierci Proofa obaj związani byli z grupą D12). Opuścił szkołę i znalazł kilka zajęć, które przynosiły niewielkie zyski, głównie jednak poświęcał się muzyce.

O albumach

W 1995 ukazał się jego debiutancki album, Infinite w nakładzie niespełna tysiąca egzemplarzy.

W 1997 na olimpiadzie rapowej Rap Olympics w Los Angeles wypatrzył go znany raper, Dr. Dre, który podpisał z nim kontrakt na płytę dla wytwórni Aftermath/Interscope.

W 1997 roku światło dzienne ujrzał album Slim Shady EP, który spodobał się hiphopowemu środowisku. Dla wytwórni Interscope Eminem nagrał dla albumy:

W 2002 ukazał się album The Eminem Show oraz "8 Mile" do filmu, w którym główną rolę zagrał Eminem. Na albumie pojawiły się nie tylko utwory Eminema, ale także Xzibita, D12 czy 50 Centa, którego wypromowaniem zajął się Eminem.

W 2004 ukazał się album Encore.

W 2005 pojawił się album zatytułowany Curtain Call.

Uważany za "niegrzecznego" muzyka z powodu tekstów piosenek oraz teledysków, które obrażały albo grupy ludzi (np. homoseksualistów), jak i pojedyncze osoby (np. Britney Spears).

Eminem gra także filmach. W 2001 roku zagrał niewielką rólkę w filmie The Wash. Hiphopowa myjnia, a w 2002 zagrał główną rolę w filmie 8. Mila, bazującym na jego biografii. Za piosenkę Lose Yourself znajdującej się na ścieżce dźwiękowej do filmu otrzymał Oscara.

Jest także współtwórcą muzyki do kilku filmów: oprócz 8. Mili i Hiphopowej myjni jego utwory można usłyszeć w filmach Wiedźma hip-hopu, Dzień próby, Od kołyski, aż po grób, czy Laleczka Chucky V.

Jest zdobywcą wielu nagród, oprócz Oscara zdobył także nagrody Grammy oraz MTV.

Posiada także własną wytwórnię płytową, Shady Records.
